LOST IN TIME COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Free Pass entitles 1x ‘Von Hertzen Brothers: Lost In Time Capsule’ winner and 1 guest free entry to any Von Hertzen Brothers headline show(s) in the winner’s selected country – valid from 21st May 2023
• Pass does not permit entry to full multi-day festivals/events where the Von Hertzen Brothers are not booked for more than a single headlining performance
• In order to claim free admission to any show, the pass holder must email brothers@vonhertzenbrothers.com  7 days prior to the show that they wish to attend so that they can be added to the venue’s guest list.
• Pass holder must present valid ID at the point of [guest list] entry and be of/over the venue’s permitted age of entry
• Pass is valid under one name/winner’s identity only and is non-transferrable 
• Pass is for general show access only and does not include travel, accommodation, food & drinks or backstage access
• Pictured time capsule (treasure chest) is not included, nor an accurate representation of the final prize package
• The winner will be selected at random by RouteNote Limited (“PUSH”) and in accordance with push.fm’s own terms and conditions (and that of any third party services)
